Sponsorship Packages

Racquetball is booming locally and nationally and we our looking for some corporate sponsors to help us to continue to offer the best tournament value to our players, while offering maximum exposure to our business partners. We offer many different options tailored to the marketing requirements of your organization. Our web site has links available through the USA Racquetball website as well as our neighboring states. The participants in our events are generally sixty percent local and another forty percent from neighboring states.  When we host IRT (men’s professional) or WPRO (women’s professional) events we draw upon an even larger demographic area.   When we host the Regionals event every April, the tournament is attended by players from at least six states. Gold Medal Sponsor - $1,000.00/year

  • You “name” one tournament!  (The tournament would carry your company’s name)
  • 2’x8’ banner (provided by sponsor) displayed
  • Your business cards, literature etc. on display at a “sponsor table” (provided by the sponsor)
  • Your name or Company logo on State Tournament (State Doubles and/or State Singles) shirts (primary position)
  • Your name or Company logo shall be displayed on MWRA’s Website, tournament applications, AND tournament scorecards
  • Your name or Company logo will be displayed on the MWRA website for one year, i.e. a full racquetball season/year under the link: “MWRA Sponsors List”
  • You or your designated player shall be entitled to four free entries at one of MWRA’s tournament

Silver Medal Sponsor - $750.00/year

  • At five tournaments:
  • 2’x6’ banner (provided by sponsor) displayed
  • Your business cards, literature etc. on display at a “sponsor table” (provided by the sponsor)
  • Your name or Company logo on State Tournament (State Doubles and/or State Singles) shirts (tertiary position)
  • Your name or Company logo shall be displayed on the MWRA Website, tournament applications, AND tournament scorecards
  • Your name or Company logo will be displayed on the “MWRA Sponsors List” on the official MWRA Website for one full racquetball season/year  
  • You or your designated player shall be entitled to two free entries at one of MWRA’s tournaments

Bronze Medal Sponsor - $400.00/year

  • At two tournaments of your choice:
  • 2’x4’ banner (provided by sponsor) displayed
  • Your business cards, literature etc. on display at a “sponsor table” (provided by the sponsor)
  • Your name or Company logo shall be displayed on the MWRA Website, and on tournament applications
  • Your name or Company logo on a State Tournament (State Doubles and/or /state Singles) shirts (tertiary position) AND tournament scorecards
  • Your name or Company logo will be displayed on the “MWRA Sponsors List” on the official MWRA Website for one full racquetball season/year
  • You or your designated player shall be entitled to two free entries at one of MWRA’s tournaments

Court Sponsorship - $250.00/year

  • At two tournaments of your choice:
  • 2’x2’ banner (provided by sponsor) displayed
  • Your business cards, literature etc. on display at a “sponsor table” (provided by sponsor)
  • Your name or Company logo shall be displayed on the MWRA Website, tournament applications AND tournament scorecards
  • Your name or Company logo will be displayed on the “MWRA Sponsors List” on the official MWRA Website for one full racquetball season/year
  • You or your designated player shall be entitled to one free entry at one of MWRA’S tournaments

Event Sponsorship - $75.00/event

  • At one tournament of your choice:
  • 2’x2’ banner (provided by sponsor) displayed
  • Your business cards, literature etc. on display at a “sponsor table” (provided by sponsor)
  • Your name or Company logo will be displayed on the tournament website and scorecard
  • Your name or Company logo will be displayed on the “MWRA Sponsors List” on the official MWRA Website for one full racquetball season/year

Non-monetary donation

  • We are always looking for sponsors for food, drinks, trophies, awards, prizes, etc.
  • We can negotiate with you to be the exclusive provider of these items state-wide

Thank you for your consideration and anticipated support. Since the tournament season is generally from September through May, both the IRT and WPRO set their schedules during the summer months. The MWRA also attempts to finalize their schedule by the end of the summer.  However, occasionally we are able to schedule additional events throughout the season, so it is never too late to talk about how the racquetball community can help your organization grow.
