Sponsorship Packages

Racquetball is booming locally and nationally and we our looking for some corporate sponsors to help us to continue to offer the best tournament value to our players, while offering maximum exposure to our business partners. We offer many different options tailored to the marketing requirements of your organization. Our web site has links available through the USA Racquetball website as well as our neighboring states. The participants in our events are generally sixty percent local and another forty percent from neighboring states.  When we host IRT (men’s professional) or WPRO (women’s professional) events we draw upon an even larger demographic area.   When we host the Regionals event every April, the tournament is attended by players from at least six states. IRT Sponsorship - $25,000.00
WPRO Sponsorship - $20,000.00

  • Advertising on the web site as well as a link to your web site
  • Advertising at the host club, before, during and after the event
  • Advertising on a performance wear shirt w/ your company logo
  • Advertising on all paper applications
  • Advertising on all tournament trophies and awards
  • Meet and Greet with professionals and player of choice for play the pro
  • Sponsorship plaque
  • Coverage from any media outlets
  • Donation made in your organization name to named charity for event

Tournament Season Sponsor - $30,000.00

  • Your choice of one of the above professional events and all above benefits
  • Advertising on all tournament applications for entire season
  • Table at all MWRA events for the season for your advertising
  • Your choice of advertising on any other event shirt of the season
  • Year long advertising for organization on the website w/ link       

Tournament Sponsor - $1,000.00

  • Promotion during an event of your choice
  • Advertising on tournament application and name and logo on cotton tee. (Excludes USAR Regional or Pro events)

USAR Regional - $5,000.00

  • Advertising at the host club 2 weeks prior to the event until 2 weeks post event
  • Name and logo on performance shirt
  • Advertising on the website for the tournament season w/ link to your website
  • Advertising on all paper applications

Sponsor Table – USAR Regional - $500.00

  • Advertising table for 2 weeks prior to event until 2 weeks after event
  • Advertising on web site and application

Junior Sponsorship - $500.00

  • Advertising on cotton tee
  • Advertising on web site and application
  • Advertising table at event

Thank you for your consideration and anticipated support. Since the tournament season is generally from September through May, both the IRT and WPRO set their schedules during the summer months. The MWRA also attempts to finalize their schedule by the end of the summer.  However, occasionally we are able to schedule additional events throughout the season, so it is never too late to talk about how the racquetball community can help your organization grow.
